You’ll manage the sales process from property launch through to completion, helping customers navigate their home-buying journey while achieving sales targets, budgets and deadlines. Working with internal teams, solicitors, estate agents and contractors, you’ll help deliver an excellent customer experience and maximise sales performance.

This varied role combines property sales, customer service, administration, reporting and budget monitoring.

  • Monitor sales activity, plot budgets, deposits and marketing expenditure.
  • Coordinate show homes, property launches and contractors.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Identify delays, resolve issues and escalate risks to the Sales Manager.
  • Improve sales procedures, administration and value for money.

What We Need

You’ll have experience in property sales or sales administration, excellent organisational skills and a strong customer focus.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in property sales, sales administration or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Good numeracy skills and experience monitoring budgets or financial information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • A professional approach to confidential customer and commercial information.

Experience in shared ownership, new-build homes, estate agency, conveyancing or social housing would be advantageous.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. Regular travel and occasional evening or weekend working may be necessary.

What We Offer

  • Annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Defined contribution pension
