Planner – 6 Month FTC
Birmingham (Hybrid/Office-based, depending on your schedule)
Are you the kind of person who can bring order to complexity? Do you enjoy making clear, practical plans that make a real difference to people’s lives? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
At GreenSquareAccord, everything we do is about people—whether that’s providing a good quality, safe home or providing care that helps someone live an independent life. We’re looking for a Planner who can help us deliver that promise every day, with care, clarity and confidence.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and coordinate services to support the delivery of care and housing-related support in line with agreed outcomes.
- Build and maintain workable schedules, balancing service needs with colleague availability and best practice.
- Monitor day-to-day changes and respond quickly to adjustments, ensuring continuity of support.
- Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to share information clearly and keep everyone aligned.
- Ensure compliance and quality by following relevant processes and recording details accurately.
- Use your judgement to resolve scheduling challenges in a calm, solutions-focused way.
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Experience in scheduling, planning, rostering, coordination or a similar support role (in care, support services or elsewhere is welcome).
- Good communication skills and confident liaising with people, handling queries and escalating issues appropriately.
- A practical, person-centred mindset: you plan with the individual in mind, not just the timetable.
- Confidence using systems and data to manage information accurately.

- The chance to make an impact in a role that combines structure with human care.
