Make data matter, so people can live better.
At GreenSquareAccord, everything we do is about people: providing a good-quality, safe home and care that helps someone live independently. Our teams are driven by this social purpose, and we’re looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer who can turn information into insight, so colleagues can make smarter decisions, spot patterns early, and continuously improve outcomes.
If you enjoy building reliable data pipelines, shaping clear reporting, and working with stakeholders to understand what “good” looks like, this is a role where your technical skills directly support real-world impact.
You will be responsible for designing, building and improving the business intelligence capability that supports service delivery and business performance. You’ll help ensure that data is accurate, accessible and useful—whether that’s for operational teams, senior leaders, or specialist functions.
You’ll translate business requirements into durable data models and reporting solutions, and you’ll collaborate with data, IT and operational stakeholders to ensure reporting answers the questions people actually need answered.
You’ll bring a strong blend of engineering and analytics thinking. You’re comfortable working with both technical detail and business needs and you can explain your decisions in a way that helps others confidently use the outputs.
You enjoy building repeatable solutions rather than one-off fixes, and you take pride in creating data products that stay useful over time.
If you’re not sure you meet every bullet, don’t let that hold you back. A good BI engineer learns fast, takes responsibility and improves systems in meaningful ways.
Many roles work with data. This one works with people’s lives—and the services that support independence and safety. Your work will help colleagues understand what’s happening across services, where support needs strengthening, and how improvements are taking hold.
You’ll be part of a team that genuinely values the social purpose behind the numbers—and you’ll contribute to a culture where colleagues live and breathe the mission.
