We`re looking for a Painter and Decorator to join our team, working across a range of social housing properties to help keep homes safe, comfortable, and looking their best.

About the role

• Carrying out all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating.
• Preparing surfaces - including filling, sanding, priming, and undercoating.
• Applying finishes such as gloss, emulsion, and stain block to a professional standard.
• Treating mould-affected areas, including mould washing and applying stain block where needed.
• Hanging wallpaper and carrying out touch-up and maintenance work.
• Maintaining tools, materials, and a tidy workspace.
• Travelling to properties across different sites.
• Working as part of a supportive, skilled team to deliver great results for residents.
• Following all health and safety guidelines.

About you

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to work.
• Take pride in your workmanship and always aim for a high-quality finish.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Have a good eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel between sites.

Previous painting and decorating experience is preferred, but no formal qualification is required - we value dedication and a positive attitude above all.
