What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining a team that lives and breathes the work it does: supporting residents, enabling independence, and helping services run safely and effectively. Depending on the area of work you’ll support, your role will involve a mix of practical delivery and coordinated support, such as:

• Working to deliver high-quality services with a strong focus on resident experience and safety.
• Supporting day-to-day coordination—ensuring the right information is in the right place, at the right time.
• Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to deliver consistent, joined-up support.
• Using good judgement to recognise issues early and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Maintaining clear, accurate records in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing ideas, learning from feedback, and reflecting on practice.

What we’re looking for
